We want to thank everyone for their continued love and support! Especially those who’ve been with us since the beginning! It’s been almost a month since we started Chapter 2 and the response so far have been overwhelmingly positive. With the new chapter, it comes with new responsibilities and we are ready meet them and handle them with love. Thank you all again for being part of our Tsurumen journey of 1,000 Days!

情熱大陸 (Jonetsu-Tairiku) or “Passion Continent” is a TV Documentary Series from Japan. You may have noticed them filming Tsurumen the last month or so, especially during our 200 Days Celebration as well as our first day of Chapter Two! The documentary aired last night in Japan and it was a huge success and we’ve been getting a lot of responses! We are honored and extremely excited to be the subject of the documentary and it shined a much deserved spotlight on the hard work of our chef and owner Masuo Onishi. We also want to thank everyone who participated in the documentary by being interviewed and shared their thoughts about Tsurumen!
